Because our main goal in hosting weddings and other events at Hearth House Venue is to provide a beautiful space without the high prices, we offer an all-inclusive package. This package not only makes your dream Colorado wedding more affordable, but easier and stress free! Hearth House Venue’s all-inclusive package comes with an event coordinator, catering, bar options, floral services, a DJ, custom dessert, linens, and event insurance. In this package, there is little outsourcing required by you. This means that the bulk of your wedding to-do list is mostly taken care of when you book your event at our Colorado wedding venue, located in the quaint town of Monument.
The all-inclusive package includes our trusted event coordination team to ensure your wedding or event runs smoothly,leaving you to enjoy each minute of your celebration. Catering included in our all-inclusive wedding package consists of a buffet style service, set up and tear down, two appetizers, two entrees, two sides, salad, bread, a beverage station, a full-service staff, and environmentally friendly disposables. The catering portion of this package allows you to personalize the meal at your wedding. Choose from feature menus including BBQ, Mexican, Italian, Brunch, or design your own. All our buffet menus include a non-alcoholic beverage station for all your guests to enjoy. For bar options, you have the control over what is served. Planning weddings can become overwhelming very quickly, so with our provided decorations, you have the mental capacity to explore all the options of making your wedding appear exactly how you imagine it to be! Indoor spaces throughout the Hearth House Venue are elegant with a mountain feel. The Hearth House Venue has space for up to 250 people. Design elements include exposed wood beams, sliding barn doors, a 25-foot fireplace, grand hearth, whitewashed brick, and top of the line ambient chandeliers.
